Refund Policy,

For Approved Refund, the refundable amount will be credited within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy

If consumers need to replace a product, they can initiate the return process and place a new order simultaneously without waiting for the refund to be processed. The refund processing and placing a new order are independent processes, and consumers can proceed with both at the same time. For Approved Returns, the product will be picked up within 5 business days.

We don’t offer exchange or replacement. Returns will only be acceptable in case the product is dead on arrival or any manufacturing defect. The return for same has to be placed within 24 hours of receiving the product. After we receive the return and we verify, we will issue a refund.

Shipping Policy

The products will be processed within 2-3 business days and will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
